Terms of Service

Adult recipients and photo identification
Brantford deliveries are strictly for adults 19 and older. The person accepting the order must show valid government photo ID at the handoff, regardless of the age-gate response entered on the website.
A request is not a completed purchase
Sending the website form creates a delivery request, not a completed purchase. A purchase can proceed only after availability, the final total and an arrival window have been confirmed by text.
Supplier pricing and sample offers
Supplier availability and prices can change before an order is confirmed. Menu listings and sample deals are not guaranteed; applicable prices and offers are settled in the confirmation text.
Delivery estimates, minimums and hours
About 45 minutes after confirmation is typical, not guaranteed, and river-crossing traffic or other conditions can change the estimate. The minimum order is $40, delivery is free over $80, any lower-threshold fee is confirmed before dispatch, and hours are daily from 9am to 11pm.
COD at the confirmed Brantford address
Payment is COD at the delivery address for the exact total confirmed by text. The recipient must be present with payment and identification, and should provide any unit or entrance information needed for access.
Responsible use and terms contact
